How to Complete the All Indonesia Form: A Step-by-Step Guide

Travelling to Indonesia soon?

All international travelers are now required to complete the All Indonesia digital arrival declaration before entering Indonesia. This system combines immigration, customs, health and quarantine declarations into one single online form. It is free of charge and should be completed within 72 hours (3 days) before arrival.

If this is your first time filling it in, don’t worry. Follow this simple guide.

Step 1: Go to the All Indonesia's Official Website

Only use the official government portal, click below link:

Important: The form is completely free. If any website asks for payment, it is not official.


Step 2: Choose “Foreign Visitor”

Select:

Foreign Visitor (WNA)

Choose your preferred language:

  • English

  • Bahasa Indonesia

  • Chinese


Step 3: Fill in Personal Information

Prepare your passport and enter:

  • Nationality

  • Full name (exactly as passport)

  • Date of birth

  • Country/ Place of Birth

  • Gender

  • Passport number

  • Date of Passport Expiry

  • Mobile number

  • Email address

  • (Select “Add Traveler” to add other travelers in your group.)

Tip: Double-check passport details carefully. The scanner sometimes reads dates incorrectly.


Step 4: Fill in Travel Details

Enter:

  • Arrival date to Indonesia

  • Departure date from Indonesia

  • Do you already have a Visa or Stay Permit? Click "No". For countries required Visa on Arrival, you may do it at the counter when you arrived.

  • Mode of Transport

  • Purpose of Travel (Tourism / Business / etc.)

  • Port of Entry

  • Type of Air Transport

  • Type of Accommodation: Select "Hotel". For the name of hotel, select "Others" and key in your first night hotel, can be found in the booking confirmation issued by The Window Travel.


Step 5: Customs & Declaration Questions

Answer honestly about:

  • Cash exceeding declaration limits

  • Food / plant / animal products

  • Electronics for declaration

  • Commercial goods

Most normal tourists select: No declaration required (only if true)

  • Number of baggage with you (including your hand carry luggage)

  • IMEI registration: Select "No" if you are using Data Roaming or Travel Sim Card which you obtained out from Indonesia.


Step 6: Submit and Save Your QR Code

After submission, you will receive a QR code.

Save it immediately:

  • Screenshot it

  • Save PDF copy

  • Keep it offline in case airport WiFi is weak

You will need to show this upon arrival.
