    Frequently Asked Questions (Surabaya) 01 Where is the flight destination for this trip? Surabaya Airport. (SUB) 02 Latest by when should I place booking? The earlier the better. To ensure the quality of services, we use only in-house guides. Once they are all occupied during certain dates, we will not accept any more bookings. 03 Are the price negotiable? To ensure the quality of services and to be fair for all our guests, all prices shown on the brochures are the fixed and nett figure. We never offer special rates for any guests. 04 How can I ensure this is not a scam? - We served thousands of customers through online since 2017 and collected thousand of 5-Stars reviews from all over the world. You may also check from https://www.motac.gov.my/en/check/tobtab that we are licensed tour agency in Malaysia. Lastly, all transactions are to be transferred to our company bank account. 05 Is this a challenging itinerary? • Mt. Bromo: The easiest trek. Only walk / ride a horse to the crater, then walk 250 steps staircase to the peak. • Mt. Ijen: 1.5-2hours trekking to the peak to see the blue lake. (No skill required. The route is steep and needs good stamina but can pay to send up by trolley). As for the blue flame, you have to walk down the slope from the peak for 45 minutes, those who are not keen may view the lake from the top. The blue flame spot may be closed from time to time by following the government rules. • Tumpak Sewu Waterfall: Trekking in the waterfalls for around 4 hours (including photoshooting). • Madakaripura Waterfall: Overall 2-3hours simple trekking, have to trek under the waterfalls in the last 20 minutes, may wear raincoat to prevent getting wet) • Kapas Biru Panorama/ Teras Semeru: Easy walk for 5 mins from the carpark to the viewing spot. • Malang: A small town located on the hill with good weather, a few Instagrammable spots which suitable for all age group. Can pay to register for Paragliding activities. 06 When is the best weather for visiting? The climate had changed and hard to predict the weather. However, even if it rains, the view may become even more beautiful. November to March are rainy season, but it may not rain too and some customers even see views which is nicer than the dry season. Although April to October supposed to be dry season, some customers encountered heavy storm or even flood. Fully depends on luck! 07 What do I need to bring for this trip? Both Ijen and Bromo volcanoes are having a temperature at around 10 degree celcius, it will be back to normal after sunrise. However, don't worry about the checklist. All our guests will be receiving a booking receipt with a set of exclusive travel guidelines to show what to prepare, what to expect and what safety precautions needed for each attractions. 08 Is this private or group tour? Can I join group tour? To ensure the quality of services, we don’t organise group tour. These are fully private tour without any other customers. 09 What to do if there is rainy day? Only waterfalls may be cancelled due to heavy rain then will go directly to the next destination. The rest of the attractions are not affected. 10 What are the star ratings for the accommodation? All are 3 or 4 stars hotels. Please check the red fonts on the brochures for the hotel names. 11 Does the tour guide speak mandarin? We engaged only in-house local tour guide who speak English and Malay. 12 How is the room arrangement if we have odd headcounts? Riverside - One of the rooms will be triple sharing or top up RM85 to have 1 single room. 101 Malang / Harris Malang - One of the rooms will be triple sharing or top up RM120 to have 1 single room. Kecombrang - One of the rooms will be single room. Harris Surabaya - One of the rooms will be triple sharing or top up RM125 to have 1 single room. 13 What is purpose for using the police escort? This is the exclusive benefit that our company dealt with the local government, which help to save almost half of the traveling time due to congested traffic between Probolingo and Bondowoso town 14 Can I book the package but travel after the traveling dates shown on the brochure? Yes, as long as the new packages are not released yet. 15 What is the “Ijen medical check up” and what to do if i don’t pass the check up? It’s a regulation by Indonesia Government for all tourists to undergo the blood pressure test. The medical test will be conducted at the hotel lobby. If the reading is high, you are still allowed to enter but advised to take the trolley (You may still choose to trek at your own risk). 16 Is the route suitable for the kids/ elderly? Yes, as long as they are fit and able to trek. Our highest age record is 73 y.o. man. The youngest kid we served was 2 years old. Itinerary can be customized to suit the conditions. 17 Why are some meals not included in the package? Due to unpredictable traffic along the journey, we bring customers to dine (except the last day) and let them pay directly, allowing more flexibility in timing and meal choices. 18 Do you provide photography services? Most of the photos shown on my social media were taken by the tour guide and no additional charges. 19 How is the transportation arrangement? 1 - 2 Pax: Avanza; 3 Pax: Innova; 4-8 Pax: Hiace. At Mt. Bromo, maximum 4 pax/jeep. (All are private and non-sharing)

The climate had changed and hard to predict the weather. However, even if it rains, the view may become even more beautiful. We engaged only in-house local tour guide who speak English and Malay. 11 What should we do with the meals? Normally the breakfast are provided by the hotel. The driver will send you to your preferred restaurant (if any) or bring you to the recommended restaurant based on your preference and itinerary, you just have to pay for what you ordered. The driver will send you back to the hotel after dinner. 12 What do I need to bring for this trip? Upon receive the booking confirmation, all our guests will be receiving a booking confirmation with a set of exclusive travel guidelines to show what to prepare, what to expect and what safety precautions needed for each attractions. 13 Can I book the package but travel after the traveling dates shown on the brochure? Yes, as long as the new packages are not released yet. 14 Do you provide photography services? Most of the photos shown on my social media were taken by the tour guide and no additional charges. 15 How is the transportation arrangement? 1 - 3 Pax: Avanza; 4 - 8 Pax: Hiace. At Mt. Upon booking, a set of guidelines will be given to the customers which also recommend some local restaurant for good food. 12 What do I need to bring for this trip? Upon receive the booking confirmation, all our guests will be receiving a booking confirmation with a set of exclusive travel guidelines to show what to prepare, what to expect and what safety precautions needed for each attractions. 13 Can I book the package but travel after the traveling dates shown on the brochure? Yes, as long as the new packages are not released yet. 14 Do you provide photography services? There is no photographer provided. But most of the photos shown on my social media were taken by the tour guide and no additional charges. 15 How is the transportation arrangement? The journey from the airport to the town is approximately 5 - 10 minutes. The private transportation will be provided for 2-ways transfer. The transport for half day tour and one day tour will be using the group tour van. 16 Do you provide overnight cruise option? For the sake of comfort, we served only Sunset Cruise and One Day Cruise by speedboat. 17 What are the flights available? Is there any direct flight from Malaysia / Singapore.
